Walk a Mile in her shoes

For two years in a row now, the employees at Coosa Valley Financial Group have participated in the annual event "Walk a Mile in Her Shoes". This event is held during domestic violence awareness month and is meant to bring awareness to the serious problem of domestic violence. At this event, men put on women's shoes and everyone walks down Broad Street in Rome. We have a great time participating in the fun event and we are grateful to be able to help bring awareness to this serious cause. We hope to get Mark Busby in some stilettos for the march one of these years!

Schools

We love the faculty and staff at our local schools! Coosa Valley Financial Group greatly values our local schools and all that they contribute to the children of the community. We enjoy having the opportunity to visit schools and show our appreciation to the faculty and staff by giving out goodies like doughnuts and ice cream sundaes!

Refer for a Cause

Each quarter, Coosa Valley Financial Group features a local charitable organization. Throughout the quarter, we provide the community information about the organization via social media. Each time during the quarter someone sends our agency an insurance referral, that person's name is entered into a drawing. At the end of the quarter, we draw one name and that person wins a $150 Visa Gift Card. We also donate $5 for each referral received to the charitable organization that we've featured that quarter.
